2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Smart Property AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy.

If you use the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Platform purpose

4. Eligibility and account registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You must not create an account using another person’s identity without authorization.

Users who are not legally able to enter binding agreements must use the platform only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or legally authorized representative.

5. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect account misuse, credential theft or unauthorized access.

Accounts and credentials may not be sold, transferred or shared with unauthorized persons.

6. User roles and permissions

Platform access depends on the assigned role, such as applicant, tenant, landlord, property manager, maintenance staff or administrator.

Users may access only information and functions they are authorized to use. Attempting to bypass access controls or view another user’s private information is prohibited.

7. Property listings

Landlords and property managers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, lawful and not misleading.

Listings must not unlawfully discriminate against applicants or contain content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

The appearance of a listing does not constitute a guarantee that the property remains available or that an application will be accepted.

8. Applications and appointments

Submitting an enquiry, application or viewing request does not create a tenancy or guarantee a viewing. Appointments remain subject to confirmation.

Users must provide accurate application information and attend confirmed appointments or cancel them in a timely manner.

9. AI-generated information

Smart Property AI uses automated systems to interpret requests, generate responses, guide forms, analyze files and suggest actions.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. Users must verify important information before relying on it.

AI responses do not constitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety or professional property advice.

10. Human review

Significant matters should be reviewed by an authorized person. These include:

• Rental application decisions.
• Lease creation, amendment or termination.
• Payment demands and financial instructions.
• Legal notices.
• Emergency maintenance decisions.
• Security-sensitive smart-device actions.

11. Voice, image and document features

You must upload or submit only content that you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for checking AI-extracted information against the original file.

Do not upload malware, unlawful material, unnecessary identity documents, passwords, authentication codes or complete payment-card information.

12. Communications and reminders

The platform may send messages and reminders using channels selected or authorized by the user.

Delivery cannot be guaranteed because it may depend on external networks and providers. Users remain responsible for monitoring important rental, contractual and appointment obligations.

13. Payments

Where payment services are available, transactions may be processed by an external payment provider under that provider’s terms.

Smart Property AI must not request that users submit complete payment-card details through its general chat or messaging features.

14. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Submit false or misleading property information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass tenants, landlords, applicants or staff.
• Upload malicious software or harmful files.
• Attempt to bypass security or permissions.
• Scrape data without written authorization.
• Use prompt injection or similar methods to obtain private data or unauthorized AI actions.
• Interfere with the platform’s availability, integrity or performance.
• Use the service to support unlawful discrimination.

15. User content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us only the permissions necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the requested service.

You confirm that your content does not violate the law or the rights of another person.

16. Intellectual property

The platform design, software, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant permission to copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute protected parts of the platform except where the law expressly allows it.

17. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
